When helping clients with their analytics implementations, we often run Measurement Planning workshops – bringing together stakeholders to better understand their measurement requirements. This video (part of the excellent Analytics Academy series) demonstrates a typical measurement planning and implementation process – closely aligned to the analytics planning approach we take – and usefully outlines some of the things to expect along the way.
